• Exercise Details: exercise information, categories, and training context
• Cloud Sync: backup and restore across devices when you sign in

We do not use your workout data for automated recommendations in the current iOS version. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
