Tap the “+” button on the home screen, select “New Workout,” choose your exercises, and start logging your sets.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes. LiftGPT works offline and syncs automatically when you’re back online.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LiftGPT → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored if you used the same Apple ID.

Yes. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data. You’ll receive a CSV with your workout history.
