2. Description of Service

LiftGPT is a fitness application that provides:

Workout tracking and logging
AI-powered training program generation
Exercise database and instructions
Progress tracking and analytics
AI coaching and workout recommendations

3. User Accounts

To use LiftGPT, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

LiftGPT offers the following subscription tiers:

Free: Limited features with advertisements
Premium Monthly: $6.99/month with 7-day free trial
Premium Yearly: $49.99/year with 7-day free trial

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial for Premium subscriptions. You will be charged after the trial period ends unless you cancel before then.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds.

6. AI Features and Limitations

LiftGPT uses AI technology to generate workout programs and provide coaching. Please note:

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from following AI-generated workouts
AI features have usage limits based on your subscription tier

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: LiftGPT is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account with others
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LiftGPT are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftGPT and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
