Repfolio is a fitness application that provides:

Workout tracking and logging
Exercise database and instructions
Progress tracking and analytics
Rest timers, workout summaries, and cloud sync

3. User Accounts

To use Repfolio, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments

The current version of Repfolio does not require payment or in-app purchase. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be disclosed clearly before purchase.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Repfolio is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account with others
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Repfolio are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repfolio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries, loss of data, or loss of profits.
