1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Repfolio ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Repfolio is a fitness application that provides:

Workout tracking and logging
Exercise database and instructions
Progress tracking and analytics
Rest timers, workout summaries, and cloud sync

3. User Accounts

To use Repfolio, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Workout logging, exercise history, progress charts, Apple Health integration and cloud sync are free to use. Optional additional features are offered through an auto-renewable subscription called Repfolio Pro.

Title of subscription: Repfolio Pro
Length of subscription: one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan). Each plan renews automatically for the same period until cancelled.
Content provided: for the entire paid period — advanced analytics, muscle heatmaps, premium training programs and shareable summary cards.
Price: shown in your local currency on the App Store product page and inside the app before you confirm the purchase. Prices differ between countries and may change; a change applies only to future billing periods.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the period you have already paid for stays active until it ends and is not refunded on a pro-rata basis. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Where a free trial or introductory offer is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase the subscription. Introductory offers are available once per Apple ID and Family Sharing group.

All purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Repfolio is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account with others
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Repfolio are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repfolio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

12. Terms Required for App Store Distribution

These Terms of Service are the end user licence agreement (EULA) for Repfolio and are concluded between you and VML Development GmbH only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.

Scope of licence: you are granted a non-transferable licence to use Repfolio on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules contained therein.
Maintenance and support: we are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Repfolio. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
Warranty: we are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Repfolio fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Repfolio.
Product claims: we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Repfolio, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims: in the event of any third-party claim that Repfolio or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance: you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms: you must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Repfolio.
Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right (and are deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
